On Your Marks proudly provides all sports clubs at St. Anthony’s!
Below, you'll find details about our fun-packed sessions along with a weekly timetable.

Club Information & Policies
Timings
Morning Clubs (8:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
- Children will go directly to class after the club.
Afternoon Clubs (3:30 PM – 5:00 PM)
- Children will be collected from their classrooms and taken to the club.
Pricing & Payment
Price
- All clubs are £3 per session.
Payment
- Payments must be made in advance for the upcoming half-term.
- Payment secures your child’s place for the half-term.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Cash, cheque, or bank transfer.
- An invoice will be sent at the beginning of each half-term with payment details.
Cash or Cheque Payments
- Cash payments must be submitted in a marked envelope to the school office. Please include:
- Child’s name
- Club(s) you’re paying for
- Amount enclosed
- Cheques should be made payable to On Your Marks.
Late Payment Policy
- Payments must be made within one week of receiving your invoice.
- Failure to pay on time will result in your child’s place being forfeited and offered to another pupil.
Arrival & Collection Procedures
Morning Drop-Off
- Gates/doors will open at 8:00 AM—please do not arrive earlier.
- Parents must wait with their child until they are let into school.
- Children should not walk across the car park alone.
- Entrance: Use the Early Birds entrance. If you’re late, ring the bell, and we’ll let your child in.
- Children may arrive anytime between 8:00 – 9:00 AM, but the full session fee will still apply.
Afternoon Collection
- Children must be collected promptly at 5:00 PM from the Early Birds gate.
- If you need to collect your child before 5:00 PM, please notify the school or On Your Marks.
- Only a recognized adult may collect children, in line with the school’s safeguarding policy.
- If someone other than a family member is collecting your child, please inform us beforehand.
- Children must be collected by someone aged 18 or over.
Collection Password
- When registering, you will be asked to provide a collection password.
- This password must be used if someone unfamiliar to us is collecting your child.
- If another parent is collecting your child, please inform us and notify the school in advance.
- For safeguarding reasons, children will not be released until we have verbal confirmation from you.
Late Collection Policy
- If you are running late, please contact the instructor before the end of the club.
- A late collection fee applies if you arrive more than 5 minutes after the session ends:
- £1 for the first 5 minutes
- £2 for each additional 5-minute period
- Late fees will be added to your next invoice.
Absences & Cancellations
Absence Policy
- When you sign up, you are reserving your child’s place for the entire half-term.
- If your child cannot attend a session, please notify us before the start of the club.
- Since we cannot offer single-session spots to other children, missed sessions are non-refundable.
Cancelling Club Attendance
- If your child no longer wishes to attend, you must pay for all sessions until the end of the current half-term.
- If they wish to switch to another non-On Your Marks club, please confirm before the next half-term begins to avoid additional charges.
- If a child leaves, their spot will be offered to another pupil.
Club Cancellations Due to Events & School Teams
- Occasionally, clubs may be cancelled due to school events or competitions.
- In such cases, you will be notified by email or text, and you may:
- Receive a refund
- Transfer the payment to a future session
- We aim to schedule football/netball fixtures on club nights whenever possible to avoid disruptions.
Clothing & Equipment
- Please ensure your child wears appropriate clothing and footwear for their club.
- PE kits are ideal for indoor sports.
- Footballers must wear:
- Shin pads
- Appropriate footwear (boots/astro turf shoes)
- Water bottles are required for all sessions.
- If your child uses an inhaler or auto-injector, they must:
- Hand it to the instructor at the start of the session.
- Bring it in a bag labelled with their name for easy access if needed.
Policies & Safeguarding
- On Your Marks clubs operate as additional care outside regular school hours.
- Our policies and procedures align with the school’s policies.
- Full policy documents are available online or upon request at the school office.

- All personal information remains confidential and is only accessible to On Your Marks staff.
