Central Warwickshire Athletics Finals
@ Edmonscote Track - Tuesday 25th June
CONGRATULATIONS! Your child has qualified for Central Warwickshire Finals. Children who came first in their field, track and relay events progress to the finals, with the second fastest runner from each sprint also qualifying. Please see below for a list of the finalist and their events.
The finals will take place from 4pm-6pm on Tuesday 25th June 2024 @Edmonscote Track. The children will need to arrive at Edmonscote for 3.45pm and register with Mr Bromley. Parents are welcome to stay, however if you cannot, then your child need to be collected by 6pm. Please ensured they have registered before you leave.
You will need to transport or arrange transport for your child to travel to and from the event.
Please be aware that parking can be difficult at Edmonscote so please ensure you park in the field next to the track.
Collection
We would prefer that the children remain for the entirety of the competition to ensure that everyone has completed their individual events and help us support our athletes. However, if you do need to collect your child before 6pm, you can do so after they have completed their events. Please give us a wave to let us know and we will prepare for your child to meet you on the parents side.
Parking
Please do not park on curbs in the local area. There is a field car park next to the track.
Photographs
You are welcome to take photographs on the day but please ensure they only include your child.
What Athletes will need:
If you are happy for your child to compete at the Finals events, please complete the form at the link below. If you would prefer for your child not to attend, please contact me directly at info@onyourmarksgo.co.uk as soon as possible so I can arrange for someone else to take their place. We ask that all forms are completed by Friday 21st June. If we have not received a form from you by this time, we will assume your child does not want the place and offer it to another.
