Once completed we will contact you to confirm your child's place in their selected clubs. Spaces are limited so don't delay.

The club begins at 8am and finishes at 9am when children will make their way to class.

After School Clubs - £3 per session
Our Afterschool clubs are focussed on particular sports and aim to help your children develop their skills and compete against their peers. They also offer pupils the chance to represent the school. Sessions begin at the end of the school day at and finish at 5pm.

Morning Drop Off
The gates/doors will not be open until 8am. Please wait with your child/ren until they are let into school and do not allow them to walk across the car park alone. The entrance for OYM clubs is through the Early Birds entrance. If you’re running late, please ring the bell at the entrance and we will come and let your child in.

Afternoon Collection
Pupils need to be collected promptly at the end of the session. You are welcome to collect before this time, however please contact school or OYM during the day to confirm you will be collecting early. Pupils will need to be collected from the front entrance of the school and will only be released to a recognised adult in accordance with the school’s safeguarding policy. If your child is being collected by someone who is not a family member, please make us aware before the start of the club.

Collection password
When signing up you will be asked to provide a collection password, we will ask for this password to be used on collection by anyone we do not recognise. Please do not be offended if we do not recognise family members. If your child is being collected by another parent, you must let us know and notify the school. We will not allow them to leave until we have had confirmation from you.

Late Collection
Evening clubs finish at 5pm, if you are unable to arrive on time, please contact the instructor before the end of the club. If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the end of the club without prior notification you will be charged a late fee of £1 for this period and a further £1 for each 5 minute period after 5.10pm. However please ensure you contact us if your child would like to start a new club so we can confirm a space. Throughout the year clubs will change depending on the season and children are welcome to attend as long as this form has been completed.

Cancelling Clubs
We will not be offended if your child decides that they no longer wish to attend a club. Should this be the case you will need to pay for all sessions till the end of the current half term as by signing up you reserve your child’s spot for each half term. Should they wish to attend another club within the school (not an OYM club) please confirm this before the start of the next term and notify the club lead otherwise you remain liable for this payment as well. If your child leaves a club their place will be offered to someone else.

Events and School Teams
On occasions clubs may be cancelled due to competitions or school events; in these instances, you will be notified by email or text and any payment already made can be refunded or put towards another session. Places in matches/competitions against other schools will be available for those that attend certain clubs. Children that attend Football and Netball clubs and are in KS2 will be eligible for selection for School teams (See Club information for more details).
