Holiday Club

Dates

The club will be running Thursday 22nd July - Friday 23rd July, Monday 26th July - Friday 30th July, Monday 2nd August - Friday 6th August from 9am-3pm each day with extra time from 3pm-5pm for those who need it. 
 

Places

Due to the ongoing restrictions and to limit the potential spread of infection we are only able to offer a place to 30 children.

Following Government guidance, we will be unable to open spaces to other children once 30 places have been confirmed and therefore we will prioritise those children wishing to attend whole weeks rather than individual days. 

The club is open to children from Year 2 to Year 6.

 

Price and Payment

The price is £15 per day from 9am-3pm. The temporary price rise is due to the need to hire additional cleaning staff to deep clean the school after sessions. We are awaiting further information from the government and the price will return to £10 if restrictions for clubs are lifted before July. Payment will need to be made in advance on Monday morning of each week. If you book a day you will be expected to cover the cost for that day even if your child does not attend.

If your child wishes to stay for “Extra Time” there is a £5 additional charge. You will need to confirm which days your child will be attending Extra time when making payment.

Extra Time

Extra time runs from 3pm – 5pm. If you have not arrived by 3.15pm without prior notification you will be charged at the Extra Time Rate. We are unable to provide the children with additional food or snacks at this time, so if your child is attending please ensure they have a snack with them for later in the day.
 

Information Pack

Once your place has been confirmed you will be sent an information pack, containing a medical consent form as well as confirmation of the arrival and pick up procedure. If you have previously entered a medical form we will use the details these details unless any circumstances have changed. We are continuing to observe the Government guidelines concerning social distancing.

Cancellation

Please be aware that due to on going Covid restrictions we have a limited number of places for Holiday Clubs, therefore by signing up you are reserving a place for you child on the days selected. If your child does not attend on any of the days reserved without prior notification you will be charged the full price for the day. You are welcome to cancel at any time up to 7 days before the 21st July, after this time there is a cancellation fee of £20.
