Outdoor Adventure Activities @ Kingsley Playing Fields – Tuesday 21st May 2024
We have been invited to attend a Year 4 Outdoor Adventure Activities event next Tuesday 21st May from 10.00am – 12.00pm. The event will include Orienteering activities and lots of other exciting outdoor challenges.
We will need parent support transporting the children to and from the event. They will need to come to school to register at 9.00am and be collected at 9.30am to travel to Kingsley. They will then need to be collected at 12.00pm and returned to school. We appreciate that many parents will be working during these times and therefore will set up a WhatsApp group so people who are unable to provide a lift can arrange one.
Lunches
The children will be able to have their lunch as usual so if they have hot dinners they may still order during morning registration. We encourage the children to bring a healthy snack to tide them over till lunch.
Clothing
The children will be able to wear their PE kits throughout the day and will not need to bring school clothes to change back in to. Their kit should include the following:
Inhalers and Auto injectors
If your child uses either of the above, please ensure they bring it with them on the day in a bag marked with their name.
