Travel
We will need parent support transporting the children to and from the event. We appreciate that this takes place during the workday, so to assist with car sharing, we’ve created a WhatsApp group for parents. If you are happy to be included, please use the link below:

Children will need to be collected from school at 11:45 AM and do not need to return to school after the event.
Packed Lunch
Children will need to bring a packed lunch, which they will eat at the venue before the competition begins. Please ensure that their lunch includes high-energy, nutritious food to help sustain them throughout the afternoon.
What to Bring
- PE Kit: White or green T-shirt, black shorts, trainers (sprinting spikes allowed)
- Weather Protection: Waterproof coat in case of rain
- Essentials: Water bottle, sun cream
Spectators
Parents and carers are warmly invited to come and support. For health and safety reasons, please do not cross the track during the event. Although officially listed as ending at 3:00 PM, the event usually finishes slightly earlier—around 2:30 to 2:45 PM—so we recommend arriving in good time for collection.
Medical Requirements
If your child requires an inhaler, auto-injector, or other medical item, please ensure it is brought in a clearly labelled bag and handed directly to Mr. Bromley on arrival.

If you are happy for your child to attend, please complete the consent form at the link below. If your child is unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the place to another athlete.
