    Netball Festival @ The Kingsley School

    Dear Parents/Guardians,

    Your child has been selected to represent the school at the Netball Festival on Wednesday, 26th March 2025 at The Kingsley School, Leamington Spa. Our Year 6 girls will be competing against other local schools in what promises to be an exciting event.
     

    Event Details

    �� Date: Wednesday, 26th March 2025
    ⏰ Time: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
    �� Drop-off Location: Sandy Lane Car Park, Leamington Spa, CV32 6RG (next to the entrance of North Leam School)
    �� Drop-off Time: 9:15 AM (Children should arrive in their PE kits and do not need to go to school first.)
    �� Pick-up Time: 11:30 AM (Children should be returned to school for afternoon lessons.)


    Parental Help & Attendance

    To facilitate transport, we kindly ask for parental assistance in driving children to and from the event. Unfortunately, due to space limitations, parents cannot stay to watch unless volunteering as helpers. Rest assured, we will take plenty of photos to share with you afterward.


    Lunch Arrangements

    Children will be back at school in time for lunch. Please indicate their meal preference on the consent form:

    • Hot School Lunch: We will order for them on the morning of the event.
    • Packed Lunch: If your child is bringing their own, please let us know to avoid duplicate orders.


    Required Clothing & Equipment

    ✔️ PE Kit: White or green T-shirt, black shorts, trainers (no pumps due to surface)
    ✔️ Weather Protection: Waterproof coat (in case of bad weather)
    ✔️ School Sports Kit: Children will be wearing the school kit but should bring a T-shirt to wear underneath.
    ✔️ Essentials: Water bottle


    Medical Requirements

    If your child requires an inhaler or auto-injector, please ensure they bring it in a clearly labelled bag and hand it to Mr. Bromley upon arrival.


    Transport & WhatsApp Group

    If you are unable to transport your child, we will create a WhatsApp group to help parents arrange lifts. Teachers are unable to transport students, so please ensure you have arranged a lift in advance. If you prefer not to be included in the WhatsApp group, please indicate this on the consent form. The group will be used to coordinate transport and share event photos before being closed.


    Drop-off & Collection Procedure

    ✅ Please wait with your child until they have been registered with Mr. Bromley.
