Following their fantastic performance at the regional event, your child has qualified for the County Final Competition, where they will represent the Central Warwickshire area against the best teams from across the county.
📅 Date: Wednesday 3rd December
🕐 Time: 1:00pm – 4:00pm
📍 Venue: North Solihull Sports Centre, Conway Road, Fordbridge, Birmingham, B37 5LA
🚗 Travel
Unfortunately, as we will only be taking eight children, we are unable to organise a bus for this event. We will therefore be relying on parent support for transport to and from the venue.
👀 Spectators
Due to the number of schools participating, event organisers have advised that spectators will not be permitted. However, there is a café on site and ample parking at the leisure centre for anyone wishing to stay nearby. We will make sure to take plenty of photos during the event and share them with you afterwards.
🥪 Lunches
Children will need to bring a packed lunch on the day, as we will be leaving school at 12:00pm. We also recommend packing an extra snack for later in the afternoon, as it will be a long and active day.
👕 Clothing
Children should wear their PE kits for the day and do not need to bring school uniform. They will be provided with a school competition kit, but please ensure they have:

If your child requires an inhaler or auto-injector, please ensure they bring it with them in a clearly named bag.
📝 Consent
If you are happy for your child to attend, please complete the consent form below by Friday 21st November.
If we do not receive your response by this date, we will assume your child does not wish to participate and will offer the place to another pupil.
Should your child be unable to attend, please indicate this on the form.
