Your child has qualified for the CWA Finals. Please see below for full event details and a list of what they’ll need on the day.

Date: Wednesday 25th June
Time: 12:00 – 3:00 PM
Location: Edmonscote Track, River Close, Leamington Spa CV32 6AD

A full list of the events your child will be participating in is included below. Please note that some athletes may be competing in multiple events.
 

��‍♀️ Travel

We will need parent support transporting the children to and from the event. We appreciate that this takes place during the work day, so to assist with car sharing, we’ve created a WhatsApp group for parents. If you are happy to be included, please use the link below:

Children will need to be collected from school at 11:45 AM and do not need to return to school after the event.
 

�� Packed Lunch

Children will need to bring a packed lunch, which they will eat at the venue before the competition begins. Please ensure that their lunch includes high-energy, nutritious food to help sustain them throughout the afternoon.
 

�� What to Bring

• PE Kit: White or green T-shirt, black shorts, trainers (sprinting spikes allowed)

• Weather Protection: Waterproof coat in case of rain

• Essentials: Water bottle, sun cream
   

��‍��‍��‍�� Spectators

Parents and carers are warmly invited to come and support. For health and safety reasons, please do not cross the track during the event. Although officially listed as ending at 3:00 PM, the event usually finishes slightly earlier—around 2:30 to 2:45 PM—so we recommend arriving in good time for collection.
 

�� Medical Requirements

If your child requires an inhaler, auto-injector, or other medical item, please ensure it is brought in a clearly labelled bag and handed directly to Mr. Bromley on arrival.
