Your child has been selected to represent the school at a Cricket Workshop and Tournament on Friday 8th May at Warwick School. This is a fantastic opportunity for them to take part in a competition against other local schools.
The event will run from 9:30am to 12:30pm.
Children should be dropped off at 9:15am at the Gallows Hill car park (by the netball courts). They should arrive already dressed in their PE kits and do not need to go to school beforehand.
At 12:30pm, children should be collected from the same location and then returned to school. They will not need to change back into their school uniform.
We will require parent volunteers to help transport children to and from the event.
If you are unable to transport your child, we will set up a WhatsApp group so parents can coordinate lifts. Please ensure you have arranged transport in advance and know who your child will be travelling with.

Due to the number of participants, parents will not be able to stay unless they are helping with transport. However, we will make sure to take plenty of photos to share with you afterwards.
Children will not return to school in time for hot lunches, so please provide a packed lunch.
A snack will be provided by the host school for break time.
