With the recent success of England's Lionesses, we are desperate to help inspire the next generation of girls get interested in Football. With this in mind we are looking to set up a Girls only Football Club at St Anthony's.
Although girls are welcome to attend Monday night Football with us, we are aware that many would prefer to play with other girls and so we want to offer them the opportunity to do so.
Before confirming the club we wanted to gauge interested to find out how many girls would be interested.
The plan is to run it on either Tuesday or Friday evenings from 3.30-5.00pm. The price would be £3 per session and would run in line with On Your Marks clubs. We would also look to arrange fixtures with other school teams, so the girls have the opportunity to play some competitive football. The club be will open to pupils from Year 3-6.
